摘要
农业现代化背景下助力农地流转优化与创新可有效解决三农问题,实现城乡一体化发展。目前国家与政府正在积极关注农地流转问题,并基于宏观层面加强对农地流转的引导,期望以此强化风险防范。从农地流转风险分析原则入手,加强对多元化风险的有效分析,切实解决目前农地流转中存在的社会风险、经济风险、权益风险等,能真正构建具有我国特色的农地流转体系,助推乡村振兴,实现农业现代化转型,为中国梦的实现提供良好基础。
Under the background of agricultural modernization,the optimization and innovation of agricultural land transfer can effectively solve the problems of agriculture,rural areas and farmers and realize the integrated development of urban and rural areas.At present,the state and the government are actively paying attention to the issue of farmland transfer,and strengthening the guidance of farmland transfer based on the macro level,hoping to strengthen risk prevention.Starting from the principle of farmland transfer risk analysis to strengthen the effective analysis of risk diversification,and solve the present situation of farmland changing social risk,economic risk,interest risk,etc,can really build with characteristic of our country land circulation system,boost rural revitalization,the transformation of agricultural modernization realization,the realization of the dream for the Chinese to provide a good foundation.
