摘要
教学评价是高等院校进行教学管理的重要手段之一,其根本目的在于通过教学评价促进课堂教学质量的提高。目前关于教学评价的研究多从学校或管理者角度出发,忽视教师和学生这一对教与评的双方在评教活动中的主体作用。为此,采用问卷调查法、深度访谈法,对武汉地区8所高校的不同学院、专业和年级(年龄)的559名在校学生以及99名专职教师进行高校课堂教学评价现状及看法的调查,同时将普通高校与“双一流”高校师生的看法与期望进行对比。结果显示,师生对评教目的的认识表现出一致性,均肯定提高教学质量的重要性;对于评教活动的态度、时间安排、指标内容以及影响评教的非教学因素方面,师生从各自的角度均提出独特的解读和意见;且不同类型的高校体系也会影响师生的评教态度及评教活动的实施。
Teaching evaluation is one of the important means of teaching management in colleges and universities.Its fundamental purpose is to promote the improvement of classroom teaching quality through teaching evaluation.At present,the research on teaching evaluation is mostly from the perspective of schools or managers,ignoring the main role of teachers and students in teaching evaluation activities.Therefore,using the methods of questionnaire and in-depth interview,this paper investigates the current situation and views of classroom teaching evaluation of 559 students and 99 full-time teachers in different colleges,majors and grades(age)in eight colleges and universities in Wuhan,and compares the views and expectations of teachers and students in ordinary colleges and universities with those in"double first-class"colleges and universities.The results show that teachers and students have the same understanding of the purpose of teaching evaluation,and both affirm the importance of improving teaching quality;teachers and students put forward unique interpretations and opinions on the attitude,time arrangement,index content and non-teaching factors affecting teaching evaluation from their respective perspectives.And different types of university systems will also affect teachers'and students'attitude towards teaching evaluation and the implementation of teaching evaluation activities.
