摘要
为了研究钾对缓解樟子松苗木淹水胁迫的生理效应。该试验在盆栽条件下,以2a生樟子松为试材,设置0(CK)、4、8、12g/株4个钾肥施用量处理,3次重复。试验结果显示:(1)随淹水时间延长,樟子松光合速率降低,施用钾肥提高了光合速率,第7~10天,8g/株和12g/株处理显著高于4g/株;(2)施钾提高了第4~10天的蒸腾速率和气孔导度,第10天,8g/株和12g/株处理显著高于4g/株处理,且两者之间无显著差异;(3)施钾降低了淹水胁迫第4~10天的胞间CO_(2)浓度,第10天8g/株和12g/株处理显著低于4g/株;(4)施钾提高了第7~10天SOD和POD活性,第10天8g/株和12g/株处理显著高于4g/株和对照。(5)钾肥可以提高淹水胁迫下樟子松光合能力和保护酶活性,且随淹水时间延长效果越显著。表明:钾能够提高樟子松植株在淹水状态下的光合能力,也会通过影响植株保护酶活性来改善其胁迫状态。不同施用量分析认为钾肥施用量为8g/株可以有效缓解樟子松的淹水胁迫。
【Objective】The testwant to study the physiological effects of potassium on alleviating flooding stress of Pinus sylvestris var.mongolica Litv.seedlings.【Method】The test under potted condition,2-year-old Pinus sylvestris var.mongolica Litv.as the test material,then set four potassium fertilizer application rates by 0(CK),4g/plant,8g/plant,and 12g/plant,repeated three times.【Test results】(1)The Pinus sylvestris var.mongolica Litv.photosynthetic rate decreased with the prolongation of flooding time,and the application of potassium fertilizer increased the photosynthetic rate,the 8g/plant and 12g/plant treatments were significantly higher than 4g/plant on days 7-10;(2)Potassium application increased the transpiration rate and stomatal conductance from the 4th to 10th day,the 8g/plant and 12g/plant treatments were significantly higher than the 4g/plant treatments on the 10th day,and there was no significant difference between them;(3)Potassium application reduced the intercellular CO_(2) concentration on the 4th to 10th day under flooding stress,the 8g/plant and 12g/plant treatments were sig-nificantly lower than 4g/plant on the 10th day;(4)Potassium application increased SOD and POD activities from day 7 to day 10,and 8g/plant and 12g/plant treatments were significantly higher than those in 4g/plant and controlon day 10;(5)Potassium fertilizer can improve the photosynthetic capacity and protective enzyme activity of Pinus sylvestris var.mongolica Litv.under flooding stress,and the effect is more significant with the prolon-gation of flooding time.【Conclusion】Potassium can improve the photosynthetic capacity of Pinus sylvestris var.mongolica Litv.plants under flooding,and it alsocan improve the stress status by affecting the activities of plant protection enzymes.
