摘要
随着“双高计划”的提出和实施进程的加快,对高职教育提出了更多更高的要求,要求现代高职院校必须以学生为中心、以结果为导向、以专业建设为抓手,立足自身特色资源,积极寻求高职教育的良性发展路径。劳动教育是高职院校提升人才素质的重要途径,构建基于OBE教育理念的高职教育劳动教育模式是高职院校肩负的重要责任。从高职院校劳动教育开展的现状与困境出发,就如何构建基于OBE教育理念的高职教育劳动教育模式展开探讨。
With the advance of the"Double-high plan"and the acceleration of its implementation,more and higher requirements are put forward for higher vocational education.It is required that modern higher vocational colleges must be student-centered,result oriented,focus on professional construction,and actively seek the benign development path of higher vocational education based on their own characteristic resources.Labor education is an important way for higher vocational colleges to improve the quality of talents.It is an important responsibility for higher vocational colleges to build a labor education model of higher vocational education based on OBE education concept.Starting from the current situation and difficulties of labor education in higher vocational colleges,this paper discusses how to build a labor education model of Higher higher vocational education based on OBE education concept.
