摘要
随着近年来我市石油化工行业的不断发展,危险货物运输量一直呈现增长态势,道路危险货物运输风险点也不断增加,危险货物运输事故也不断发生,特别是天津港瑞海仓库“8.12”事故发生后,暴露出我市在危险化学品事故发生后救援力量和应急处置能力严重不足的问题。本文从道路危险货物运输应急救援队伍建设必要性、建设思路、建设内容及建设方式,阐述如何加强天津市道路危险货物运输应急救援队伍建设,提高事故救援能力,为顺利开展危险化学品应急救援工作提供良好的保障。
With the continuous development of the petrochemical industry in Tianjin in recent years,the transportation volume of dangerous goods has been increasing,the risk points of road dangerous goods transportation have also been increasing,and dangerous goods transportation accidents have also occurred continuously.Especially in Tianjin Port Ruihai Warehouse ",after the 8.12" accident,the problem of the city’s serious shortage of rescue forces and emergency response capabilities after the hazardous chemical accident was exposed.From the necessity,construction ideas,construction content and construction method of emergency rescue team construction for road transport of dangerous goods,this paper expounds how to strengthen the construction of emergency rescue team for road transport of dangerous goods in Tianjin,and how to improve accident rescue capabilities,and provide good protection to facilitate the smooth development of emergency rescue work for hazardous chemicals.
