摘要
复合锚杆桩灌浆加固技术能安全、可靠地防范风险。对此,结合该技术在北京地铁甘家口站临近居民楼通道基础中的应用,阐述复合锚杆桩灌浆加固技术施工方案及部署,并针对异常灌浆情况提出防范措施。通过现场监测,居民楼基础经过复合锚桩灌浆加固后,绝对沉降、纵差沉降和横向差沉降均未超允许值,说明该加固措施安全、可靠、有效,具有推广价值。
The grouting reinforcement technology of composite anchor pile is a safe and reliable risk protection measure with the advantages of convenient construction,small occupation of operation space and economic efficiency.Combined with the application of composite anchor pile grouting reinforcement construction technology for the foundation of residential buildings near the subway passage of Ganjiakou station,the transfer station of Beijing Metro Line M16 and M3,this paper introduces the overall construction scheme and construction deployment of composite anchor pile grouting reinforcement technology,and puts forward some preventive measures for the abnormal grouting situation.Field monitoring shows that the absolute settlement,longitudinal differential settlement and transverse differential settlement of residential building foundation after grouting reinforcement with composite anchor pile are not more than the allowable value,which proves that the reinforcement measure is safe,reliable and effective,and has certain promotion value.
