摘要
针对北京地铁首都机场线原车磁轨制动器在运用中出现的问题对其进行了优化设计及国产化改造。国产化磁轨制动器与原产品保持接口一致、功能一致和性能一致,且顺利通过了地面型式试验和装车试验,可以实现对原车进口产品的完全替代。
Aiming at the problems in the application of the magnetic track brake of the original vehicle of Beijing Subway Capital Airport Express,the optimization design and domestication transformation are carried out.The domestic magnetic track brake has the same interface,function and performance with the original products,and has successfully passed the ground type test and loading test,which can completely replace the imported products of the original vehicle.
