摘要
为开发应用于中轻度防腐领域的单组分水性防护涂料,本文采用可再生脂肪酸和环氧树脂作为原材料,通过酯化反应制备环氧酯中间体,再使用乙烯基单体对环氧酯中间体进行接枝改性,制备水性环氧酯树脂。分别通过傅里叶变换红外光谱、激光衍射粒度分析仪和凝胶渗透色谱对所制备水性聚合物进行结构表征。在此基础上,将所制备的水性环氧酯树脂作为成膜树脂,配合颜填料和涂料助剂,制备得到水性环氧酯涂料,并对涂层性能进行了测试。
To develop one-component waterborne protective coatings for atmospheres or industrial areas with low level or moderate corrosive pollution,waterborne epoxy ester resins were prepared by graft polymerization of vinyl monomers onto epoxy ester intermediate which was synthesized by esterification of renewable fatty acid and epoxy resin.The structure of the prepared aqueous polymers was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,laser diffraction particle size analyzer and gel permeation chromatography,respectively.Thus waterborne epoxy ester coatings were produced using waterborne epoxy ester resins,pigments,fillers and additive,etc.Moreover,the properties of the coatings were investigated.
