摘要
实现油、水、气三相有效分离是油田油水分离和油气集输处理的关键技术,而三相分离器的型式和内部结构是油田油水分离和油气集输处理的关键。介绍了重力式分离、电脱水分离和气浮分离的工作原理和典型设备的主要结构,并阐述了这些设备在沙特油田项目中的组合应用情况。
The effective three-phase separation of oil, water and gas is the key technology of oil-water separation and oil-gas gathering and processing in oilfield. The type and internal structure of three-phase separator is vital to oil-water separation and oil-gas gathering and processing in oilfield. The working principles and main structure of typical equipment of gravity separation, electric dehydration separation and air flotation separation are introduced. The combined application of these equipment in Saudi oil field projects is elaborated.
