摘要
目的:观察中医药膳归芪蒸鸡防治气血亏虚型急性髓系白血病化疗患者贫血的临床效果。方法:选取2020年9月—2021年9月成都中医药大学附属医院血液科收治的40例气血亏虚型急性髓系白血病化疗患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法,将患者随机均分为观察组和对照组,每组各20例。对照组患者行常规治疗及护理,观察组患者在此基础上自化疗前3天至化疗后10天服用药膳归芪蒸鸡。比较两组患者中医症状改善、血红蛋白及红细胞计数情况。结果:观察组患者中医症状改善总有效率(90.00%)高于对照组(55.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.514,P<0.05)。化疗后10天,观察组患者血红蛋白含量、红细胞计数均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t值分别为2.603和3.070,P值均<0.05)。结论:中医药膳归芪蒸鸡能有效防治气血亏虚型急性髓系白血病化疗患者的贫血症状,并能明显改善患者中医症状,值得在临床推广。
OBJECTIVE To observe the clinical effect of Guiqi steamed chicken on anemia in chemotherapy patients with acute myeloid leukemia of Qi and blood deficiency type. METHODS 40 patients with acute myeloid leukemia of Qi and blood deficiency type treated in the Department of Hematology of the Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of traditional Chinese medicine from September 2020 to September 2021 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 20 cases in each group.On the basis of the control group, the observation group took medicine diet Guiqi steamed chicken 3 days before chemotherapy to 10days after chemotherapy, and the control group received routine treatment and nursing. The improvement of TCM symptoms, hemoglobin and erythrocyte count were compared between the two groups. RESULTS The total effective rate of TCM symptom improvement in the experimental group was 90.00%, which was higher than 55.00% in the control group( χ;=4.514, P<0.05). After treatment,the hemoglobin and red blood cell counts in the observation group were higher than those in the control group( χ;=2.603, 3.070, P<0.05). CONCLUSION Guiqi steamed chicken with traditional Chinese medicine diet could effectively prevent and treat anemia in chemotherapy patients with acute myeloid leukemia of Qi and blood deficiency type and significantly improve patients’ traditional Chinese medicine symptoms, which was worthy of clinical promotion.
