摘要 为了研究7.62 mm口径钢芯弹丸撞击PBX-9404裸药柱和带壳装药的撞击起爆特性,采用点火增长模型和拉格朗日算法对子弹撞击过程进行数值仿真分析,利用“升降法”和“高-低”二分法计算撞击起爆阈值速度,以反应度和内部压力作为起爆判据。仿真结果表明,PBX-9404裸露药柱的撞击起爆阈值速度在735~745 m/s;计算了不同钽壳厚度时药柱的撞击起爆阈值速度,结果表明壳体厚度从2 mm增加到6 mm,阈值速度从1145 m/s逐渐增加到1275 m/s,弹丸速度大于阈值速度时起爆时间提前且内部压力更高。 In order to study the impact initiation characteristics of the 7.62 mm steel core projectile impacting the PBX-9404 bare shell and shell charge,the ignition growth model and the Lagrangian algorithm were used to perform numerical simulation analysis on the impact process of the bullet,and the“lift method”and“high-low”dichotomy was used to calculate the impact initiation threshold velocity,and the reaction degree and internal pressure were used as the initiation criterion.The simulation results show that the impact initiation threshold velocity of PBX-9404 bare grains is between 735~745 m/s;in addition,the impact initiation threshold velocity of the grains with different tantalum shell thicknesses was calculated.The results show that the shell thickness increases from 2 mm to 6 mm,and the threshold velocity is from 1145 m/s and gradually increases to 1275 m/s.When the projectile velocity is greater than the threshold velocity,the detonation time is earlier and the internal pressure is higher.
