摘要
采用多电极介质阻挡放电低温等离子体处理印染废水进行中试研究。考察容积为15 L的反应器在不同的输入电压、脉冲频率、溶液初始浓度、气体流速等条件下对甲基橙溶液的降解效果。结果表明,降解效果随输入功率电压的增加而先增加后降低,且在100 V时降解效果最佳,50 mg/L的甲基橙溶液20 min的脱色效率为98.08%,200 mg/L的甲基橙溶液60 min的脱色效率为99.12%;对50 mg/L的甲基橙溶液20 min COD的降解率为29%,连续降解60 min COD的降解率达57%。同时,气体流速也是工业应用中需要重视的影响因素之一。
Multi electrode dielectric barrier discharge(MDBD)low temperature plasma is used for pilot study on treating with printing/dyeing wastewater.The degradation of methyl orange solution over MDBD plasma is evaluated in a reactor with a treatment capacity of 15 L under different input voltage,pulse frequency,initial concentration of solution and gas flow rate.The results show that the degradation effect of methyl orange increases firstly and decreases then with the increase of input power voltage,and reaching the best at 100 V.The decolorization efficiency of 50 mg·L^(-1) methyl orange solution reaches 98.08%after 20 minutes of degradation,and that of 200 mg·L^(-1) methyl orange solution reaches 99.12%after 60 minutes of degradation when the input power voltage is 100 V.The degradation rate of COD for 50 mg·L^(-1) methyl orange solution over MDBD plasma has reached 29%in 20 minutes and 57%in 60 minutes when the input power voltage is 100 V.In addition,gas flow rate is one of the important factors that affecting degradation effect in industrial application.
