热结构耦合状态下盘式制动器材料参数对耦合场的影响 被引量:3

Influence of material parameters of disc brake on the coupling field under thermal structure coupling state

摘要 对不同材料参数下盘式制动器热应力与结构应力的耦合场进行仿真分析,得出了各组不同材料参数对应的制动器制动过程的温度场云图和耦合应力云图。对比发现:增大制动盘的弹性模量会导致制动温升减小、应力集中现象加重、制动盘的刚度变大、制动器各阶固有频率升高、低频稳定性增强;增大导热系数,能让制动温升减小、应力集中现象减弱,对制动器的稳定性起到改善作用;而热膨胀系数的增大会导致制动温升与应力集中现象更加严重,对制动器的稳定性产生不利影响。 Through the coupling simulation analysis of thermal stress and structural stress of disc brake with different material parameters,the temperature field and coupling stress field of different materials in the braking process are obtained.It is found that increasing the elastic modulus of the brake disc will reduce the brake temperature rise,aggravate the stress concentration,strengthen the stiffness of the brake disc,increase the natural frequency of each order and enhance the low-frequency stability.The increase of thermal conductivity reduces the brake temperature rise and improves the stress concentration,which helps the stability of the brake system.The increase of thermal expansion coefficient will leads to more serious temperature rise and stress concentration,which will have an adverse impact on the stability of the brake.
