摘要
目的将超声乳化白内障摘除联合房角分离手术应用于白内障并发闭角型青光眼患者的临床治疗中,研究并分析其临床疗效及应用价值。方法以2019年1月至2019年12月这一区间作为研究时段,从这一期间于我院收治的白内障并发闭角型青光眼患者中按照入院时间先后顺序选取138例作为本次研究对象,应用随机数字表法将其平均分为对照组和观察组,两组各有69例患者。其中对照组患者采用超声乳化白内障摘除术联合小梁切除术进行手术治疗,观察组患者采用超声乳化白内障摘除联合角房分离术进行手术治疗。治疗完成后,对比分析两组患者临床疗效情况、治疗后视力状况、眼压情况、中央前房深度、前房角宽度以及患者术后并发症情况等相关指标。统计分析分别得到两组临床治疗的效果。结果由本次研究结果可得,观察组患者治疗后总有效率显著高于对照组,并且观察组患者术后视力、眼压、中央前方深度、前房角宽度均显著优于对照组,差异显著具有统计学意义(P<0.05);此外,观察组患者并发症发生率略低于对照组,但差异不大,不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论采用超声乳化白内障摘除术联合房角分离治疗白内障并发闭角型青光眼的临床疗效确切,能有效改善患者视力、眼压、中央前方深度、前房角宽度等,且并发症发生较少,具有较高的临床应用价值。
Objective To study and analyze the clinical efficacy and application value of phacoemulsification cataract extraction combined with atrial angle separation in the clinical treatment of cataract patients with angle-closure glaucoma.Methods From January 2019 to December 2019 as the research time,the interval from this in our hospital during the period of cataract complicated with angle-closure glaucoma patients according to admission time sequence to select 138 cases as the research object,the application of random number table method,its average can be divided into control group and observation group,there were 69 patients in each group.The control group was treated with phacoemulsification cataract extraction combined with trabeculectomy,while the observation group was treated with phacoemulsification cataract extraction combined with angle chamber separation.After treatment,the clinical efficacy,visual acuity,intraocular pressure,central anterior chamber depth,anterior chamber angle width and postoperative complications of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Statistical analysis was conducted to obtain the clinical treatment effect of the two groups.Results According to the results of this study,the total effective rate after treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and postoperative visual acuity,IOP,anterior central depth and anterior chamber angle width in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).In addition,the incidence of complications in the observation group was slightly lower than that in the control group,but the difference was not significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The ultrasonic cataract emulsification cataract extraction combined corner separation treatment of angle-closure glaucoma clinical curative effect,can effectively improve the patients'visual acuity,intraocular pressure,the central front depth and width of anterior chamber angle,etc.,and less complications,has high clinical value.
