摘要
近年来我国各类食品安全问题层出不穷。人们对国内食品行业的信任度急剧下降,严重限制了食品行业的发展。本文分析了食品安全领域现状及食品安全检测中存在的问题,并提出了食品检验检测质量控制措施,以提升食品安全检测水平,保障人们的身体健康。
In recent years,food safety problems have occurred from time to time,and people’s trust in the food industry has decreased sharply,which has seriously limited the development of the food industry.This paper analyzes the current situation in the field of food safety and the problems existing in food safety detection,and puts forward the quality control measures of food inspection and detection,so as to improve the level of food safety detection and ensure people’s health.
