摘要
随着我国经济的不断发展,化工企业自动化技术水平逐渐上升,生产规模不断扩大。这就要求化工生产方面有自动化控制系统和智能化控制系统。现如今化工生产过程中DCS控制系统的应用极其广泛,DCS控制系统主要有两种结构形式,一是网络结构,二是体系结构。本文主要从DCS控制系统应用的角度出发,分析DCS控制系统的结构与功能,并对DCS控制系统的应用效果进行阐述。
With the continuous development of China’s economy,the automation technology level of chemical enterprises is gradually rising,and the production scale is expanding.This requires automatic control system and intelligent control system in chemical production.Now in the process of chemical production,DCS control system is widely used.DCS control system mainly has two structural forms:network structure and system structure.This paper mainly analyzes the structure and function of DCS control system from the perspective of the application of DCS control system,and expounds the application effect of DCS control system.
