摘要
以色列奥伯嘉公司(OPGAL)生产的气视(EyeCGas)系列光学气体成像仪(OGI)是一种专门用于气体泄漏检测的手持式/固定式红外摄像仪,在石油化工行业泄漏管控体系中发挥较大作用.与接触式检测仪器相比,EyeCGas OGI能在更短的时间内、远距离快速检测更大面积的区域,也可成功探测难以进入的区域.本文介绍了光学气体成像技术的原理、操作要点及优缺点,并列举EyeCGas OGI检测实例,阐述了EyeCGas OGI在泄漏检测与修复工作中的便利性.
OPGAL EyeCGas OGI is a hand-held/stationary infrared camera for gas leak detection,which plays an important role in the leak control system in the petrochemical industry.EyeCGas OGI can quickly detect larger area in less time and longer distance than contact detection instruments,and it can also detect the area which is difficult to access successfully.This paper introduces the principle,operating points,advantages and disadvantages of optical gas imaging technology,and illustrates the convenience of EyeCGas OGI in leak detection and repair work.
