摘要
目的基于近十年的文献分析,把握我国健康产业研究现状,分析研究不足,前瞻研究趋势。方法在CNKI以“健康产业”和“大健康产业”为双主题词,选取2011―2020年的文献进行高级检索,以检索到的1170篇学术期刊为样本文献,分析我国健康产业领域的核心研究者、研究机构、年度发文趋势、主要和次要主题,把握近十年健康产业研究动态。结果从年度发文来看,2017年健康产业研究达到近十年的峰值,随后小幅回落;从研究质量来看,核心期刊发文量不足4%,但在2020年后出现了学科交叉研究,研究质量明显提升;从核心研究者和研究机构来看,研究比较分散而孤立;从研究主题来看,主要主题表现出比较好的向心性,前三位的分别是健康产业、大健康产业和大健康;次要主题分布比较均衡,健康服务业、医疗健康产业、生物医药产业、养老产业、中医药健康产业等出现频次较高,但一些健康产业新业态、新模式研究不足。结论“十四五”期间,我国健康产业必将在国内国际双循环相互促进的新发展格局中引领新一波经济发展热潮。未来健康产业研究应当在定性研究的基础上加强定量分析,拓展健康产业新业态、新模式研究,丰富研究方法、研究范式和研究路径,加强研究合作交流和多学科互动,促进我国健康产业可持续发展。
Objective To grasp the research status,analyze the limitations,prospect the trends in the research field of health indus⁃try based on the literature analysis in recent ten years.Methods With the subject terms of"health industry"and"big health indus⁃try",the relevant literature published in CNKI database from 2011 to 2020 was selected for advanced retrieval,and 1170 academic journals were included sample literature to analyze the core researchers,institutions,annual publishing trends,main and secondary themes in the field of domestic health industry to grasp the research trends in the past decade.Results From the annual publication,the research on health industry reached its peak in 2017,and then declined slightly.In terms of research quality,the proportion of core journals was less than 4%,but interdisciplinary research has emerged since 2020 and the research quality has improved significantly.From the perspective of core researcher and institution,the research was relatively decentralized and isolated.From the perspective of research topics,the main themes showed good centrality.The top three are health industry,big health industry and big health.The dis⁃tribution of secondary themes was relatively balanced.Health service industry,medical health industry,biomedical industry,pension industry and traditional Chinese medicine health industry occurred frequently.But research on new formats and models of health indus⁃try were insufficient.Conclusions During the 14th Five-Year plan period,health industry will surely lead a new wave of economic boom in the new development pattern of international and domestic double-cycle.Future research on health industry should strengthen quantitative analysis on the basis of qualitative research,expand the research on new formats and models,enrich research methods,re⁃search paradigms and research paths,strengthen research cooperation and multi-disciplinary interaction,and promote the sustainable development of health industry in China.
