摘要
本文主要以PLC自动化在电气控制中的应用为重点进行阐述,首先分析PLC自动化技术的基本特点,其次介绍PLC自动化技术发展过程与运用过程,最后从自动化进行数据控制、自动化进行闭环控制、自动化进行开关量控制、自动化进行顺序控制、自动化进行控制数控、其他控制应用、PLC自动化技术的发展趋势几个方面深入说明,并探讨电气控制中应用PLC自动化技术的途径,进一步强化电气控制管理中应用PLC自动化技术的效率,旨在为相关研究提供参考资料。
This paper mainly focuses on the application of PLC automation in electrical control.Firstly,the basic characteristics of PLC automation technology are analyzed.Secondly,the development process and application process of PLC automation technology are introduced.Finally,it will be explained in depth from the aspects of automation for data control,automation for closed-loop control,automation for switch quantity control,automation for sequential control,automation for control of numerical control,other control applications,and the development trend of PLC automation technology,and discusses the application in electrical control.The approach of PLC automation technology further strengthens the efficiency of applying PLC automation technology in electrical control management,and aims to provide reference materials for related research.
