摘要
通过浮选试验、Zeta电位测定、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)分析、溶液化学计算,研究柠檬酸、酒石酸、苹果酸、水杨酸4种羟基羧酸对稀土尾矿中萤石、磷灰石和方解石浮选行为的影响,结果表明:油酸钠作为捕收剂时,四种羟基羧酸的抑制能力大小为萤石(柠檬酸>酒石酸>苹果酸>水杨酸),磷灰石(柠檬酸>酒石酸=苹果酸>水杨酸)以及方解石(柠檬酸>苹果酸>酒石酸=水杨酸)。柠檬酸对萤石和方解石具有选择性抑制效果。在p H=6.8时,1.6×10^(-4)mol/L柠檬酸和1.0×10^(-4)mol/L油酸(约等于30 mg/L油酸钠)都以阴离子形式存在,并以矿物表面的Ca为作用位点,产生竞争吸附。矿物表面Ca的电子结合能大小决定了柠檬酸对矿物抑制能力的大小,萤石>磷灰石>方解石。
Through flotation test,Zeta potential measurement,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS) analysis and solution chemical calculation,the effects of citric acid,tartaric acid,malic acid,salicylic acid on the flotation behavior of fluorite,apatite and calcite in rare earth tailings are studied. The results showed that when sodium oleate is used as collector,the inhibitory abilities of the four hydroxycarboxylic acids are fluorite(citric acid > tartaric acid > malic acid > salicylic acid),apatite(citric acid > tartaric acid = malic acid > salicylic acid) and calcite(citric acid > malic acid > tartaric acid = salicylic acid). Fluorite and calcite can be selectively inhibited by citric acid. At pH = 6. 8,1. 6×10^(-4)mol/L citric acid and 1. 0×10^(-4)mol/L oleic acid(about 30 mg/L sodium oleate) exists in the form of anion and takes Ca on the mineral surface as the action site to produce competitive adsorption. The electronic binding energy of Ca on the mineral surface determines the inhibitory ability of citric acid on minerals,fluorite > apatite > calcite.
