基于正交试验的膨胀充填料浆流变特性及管输阻力计算模型研究 被引量:2

Research on the Rheological Characteristics of Expanded Filling Slurry and the Calculation Model of Pipeline Resistance Based on Orthogonal Test

摘要 针对某铁矿采用膨胀剂进行全尾砂胶结充填接顶,为探究不同浓度、灰砂比及膨胀剂掺量下的尾矿膏体流变特性及管输阻力的计算模型,采用三因素三水平正交试验,开展全尾砂胶结膏体流变试验。试验结果表明:料浆浓度是影响膨胀充填料浆屈服应力与塑性粘度的主要因素,灰砂比次之,膨胀剂掺量对屈服应力的影响较小,对塑性粘度几乎无影响;结合极差、方差分析及正交试验数据,建立了流变参数的计算模型,该流变参数模型满足多元非线性回归方程,并基于传统阻力计算公式,提出了考虑质量浓度、灰砂比、膨胀剂掺量的管输阻力新模型。并以罗河铁矿为工程背景验证了管道阻力计算新模型的准确性,表明采用考虑质量浓度、灰砂比、膨胀剂掺量的阻力计算新模型相比传统仅考虑流变参数的阻力计算模型更符合膨胀充填料浆在水平管道所受实际阻力。 Aiming at a certain iron ore using an expanding agent for full tailings cemented filling and roofing,in order to explore the rheological properties of tailings paste and the calculation model of pipeline resistance under different concentrations,ash-sand ratios and expansion agent content,three factors and three are used. Horizontal orthogonal test,the rheological test of the whole tailings cemented paste was carried out. The test results show that the slurry concentration is the main factor affecting the yield stress and plastic viscosity of the expanded filler slurry,followed by the lime-sand ratio,and the expansion agent content has an effect on the yield. The effect of stress is small and has almost no effect on plastic viscosity;combined with range,variance analysis and orthogonal test data,a rheological parameter calculation model is established. The rheological parameter model satisfies the multiple nonlinear regression equation and is based on traditional resistance. The calculation formula puts forward a new pipeline resistance model considering mass concentration,ash-sand ratio,and expansion agent content;and uses Luohe Iron Mine as the engineering background to verify the accuracy of the new pipeline resistance calculation model.Compared with the new resistance calculation model of the expansion agent content,the new resistance calculation model that only considers the rheological parameters is more in line with the actual resistance of the expansion filler slurry in the horizontal pipeline.
