Automatic Tightening Equipment of Gearbox Suspension Based on Visual Recognition and Robot Technology

摘要 变速箱悬置作为汽车前舱内承载变速箱的关键部件,其连接强度和质量与整车的安全以及NVH性能密切相关。变速箱悬置与车身纵梁采用螺栓联接,在整车装配过程中由生产工人操作拧紧机械臂对螺栓进行手动拧紧作业,其作业过程对工人的操作熟练度要求较高,拧紧合格率容易受不同的作业人员影响而产生明显的波动。设计并实施了一套变速箱悬置自动拧紧设备,代替人工完成变速箱悬置的拧紧作业。该设备通过采用工业机器人保障了批量生产过程中不同车辆的螺栓在拧紧过程的一致性和稳定性,利用视觉识别技术提升了应对不同车身制造偏差和定位偏差的柔性,采用拧紧网络技术确保拧紧质量的过程监控和可追溯性。通过在整车主机厂采用该套设备批量生产,实现了悬置拧紧过程的效率提升,节约1名作业人员;同时进一步提升了拧紧过程的稳定性和质量,将一次拧紧合格率由手动作业时的99.2%提升至99.8%。 Gearbox suspension is a key component in the front compartment of a car,its connection strength and quality are closely related to the safety and NVH performance of the vehicle.The gearbox suspension and the body rail are connected by bolts.During the assembly process of the vehicle,the production worker operates the tightening manipulator to manually tighten the bolts.The operation process requires high proficiency of the production workers,and the tightening qualification rate is easy to be affected by different operators.A set of automatic tightening equipment was designed and implemented for gearbox suspension to replace the roler of mannual operaters.A industrial robot was used to ensure the consistency and stability of the bolt tightening process of different vehicles in the mass production,visual recognition technology was used to improve the flexibility to deal with different vehicle body manufacturing and positioning deviations,and tightening network technology was used to monitor the tightening process and keep quality traceability.By adopting the set of equipment in mass production in the vehicle OEM,the efficiency of the suspension tightening process has been improved,which can save one operator.Also,the stability and quality of the tightening process have been further improved,the first-time pass rate of tightening has increased to 99.8%compared with 99.2%by manual.
