摘要
目的:了解新冠肺炎疫情下医学生公共卫生教育认知情况,为疫情防控下医学高校公共卫生教育改革提供参考和建议。方法:从某医科大学随机抽取1199名医学生,匿名问卷调查,了解和评估新冠肺炎疫情防控下医学生对于公共卫生教育的认知情况。结果:医学生在疫情防控下对公共卫生的理论知识掌握较好,但对公共卫生的法律法规体系理解较为薄弱,实践应急能力有所欠缺,教育课程学时较少,教学模式单一,自主学习公共卫生预防知识意愿不高。结论:对医学生公共卫生法律法规体系的教育仍需加强,需探索临床医学与公卫预防结合的教学模式,结合公共卫生实践演练教育,拓宽公共卫生知识教育体系。
Objective: To find out the state of medical students’ public health knowledge amid the pandemic, and provide references and suggestions for public health education reform in medical colleges and Universities under epidemic prevention and control. Methods: novel coronavirus pneumonia was randomly selected from 1199 medical students in an Medical University. Anonymous questionnaires were used to understand and assess the cognition of medical students on public health education under the control of new crown pneumonia. Results: medical students have a good grasp of the theoretical knowledge of public health under the epidemic prevention and control, but they have a weak understanding of the laws and regulations system of public health, lack of practical emergency response ability, less class hours of education courses, single teaching mode, and low willingness to independently learn public health prevention knowledge. Conclusion: the education of public health laws and regulations system for medical students still needs to be strengthened. It is necessary to explore the teaching mode of the combination of clinical medicine and public health prevention, combined with public health practice and drill education, and broaden the public health knowledge education system.
