摘要
了解不同品牌荧光定量聚合酶链式反应(PCR)仪性能的差异性,为荧光定量PCR仪的临床使用与维护提供参考依据。根据工作中常用的荧光定量PCR仪,选定3种品牌型号设备的基本功能结构性能参数进行分析,比较相互之间的差异性。通过比较该类型仪器的加热模块、光源、扫描模式、后期维护等指标,总结了3种品牌型号荧光定量PCR仪各自的性能优势。通过3种品牌型号荧光定量PCR仪的性能优势比较,为荧光定量PCR仪临床使用过程中的仪器维护与使用质量保证提供了参考。
To understand the differences of the performance of different brands of fluorescent quantitative polymerase chain reaction(PCR)instrument,and provide reference for clinical and maintenance of fluorescent quantitative PCR instrument.Basic functional structure and performance parameters of 3 chosen brand models of fluorescent quantitative PCR instrument were analyzed according to the instrument that commonly used in clinic,and the differences between each other were compared.The indicators including heating module,light source,scanning mode,and post-maintenance were compared,and the performance advantages of 3 brand models of fluorescence quantitative PCR instrument were summarized.It provides the reference for maintenance and quality assurance of fluorescent quantitative PCR instrument in clinical use by comparing the performance advantages of 3 brand models.
