摘要
为了解决新鲜对虾剥壳时壳肉分离困难,虾肉损伤和断裂等问题,本文设计了对虾剥壳前带式预处理装置。该装置可实现对虾逐只揉搓,并且揉搓压力、距离及方向可调。对关键部件进行分析确定了相关设计参数,并通过ANSYS Workbench软件对关键受力零件进行刚度、强度及稳定性分析,优化了结构参数。通过试验验证了带式揉搓预处理装置的效果,试验结果表明:揉搓成功率为91.6%~93.3%、正反双向揉搓后20只鲜活对虾剥壳时间约为7.37 min,较对照组节省了54.7%,较单向揉搓节省了5.1%。对虾剥壳前带式揉搓预处理装置具有良好的揉搓促剥性能,正反揉搓工艺合理,可为对虾剥壳预处理提供试验依据。
In order to solve the problems in fresh prawn shelling including the difficulty in separating the flesh from the shell,the damage and fracture of the flesh,a pre-treatment device in the belt type was designed for the prawn shelling.The device was used to knead prawns one by one during which the kneading pressure,distance and direction can be adjusted.The key parts were analyzed to determine the relevant design parameters.The stiffness and strength stability of the key stress parts were analyzed by ANSYS Workbench software,and the structural parameters were optimized.The experimental results showed that the success rate of kneading was 91.6%-93.3%,and the peeling time of 20 shrimps after kneading was about 7.37 min,which was 54.7%less than that of the control group and 5.1%less than that of unidirectional kneading.The pre-treatment device with belt kneading before prawn shelling had good performance in kneading to promote shelling,and the process of front and back kneading was reasonable,which provides experimental basis for the pre-treatment of prawn shelling.
