摘要
目的针对体检中心质量控制中使用PDCA法的效果与价值展开分析讨论。方法选取2020年1月—2021年10月总计25名该院体检中心的医务人员为研究对象,2020年度(即2020年1—12月)体检中心质量控制采取常规方法(实施前),并选择100名体检人员;在2021年度(即2021年1—10月)体检中心质量控制采取PDCA法(实施后),同样选择100名体检人员。对实施前后管理效果展开对比。结果实施后可评价性评分、科学性评分、有效性评分及可行性评分与实施前相比均明显更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实施后应急处理评分、基础管理评分、服务质量评分、个性评估评分、操作技能评分均显著较实施前更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实施后管理总满意度显著高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过实施PDCA法可以使体检中心质量控制效果得到良好提升,此管理方法更具科学性、可行性,对促进质量控制效果的提升具有重要作用。
Objective To analyze and discuss the effect and value of PDCA method in the quality control of physical examination center.Methods From January 2020 to October 2021,a total of 25 medical personnel in the medical examination center of the hospital were selected as research objects.In 2020(ie,from January to December 2020),the quality control of the medical examination center adopted conventional methods(before implementation),and 100 medical personnel were selected.In 2021(ie from January to October 2021),the quality control of the physical examination center adopts the PDCA method(after implementation),and 100 physical examination personnel were also selected.Comparison of management effects before and after implementation.Results The evaluability score,scientific score,effectiveness score and feasibility score after implementation were significantly higher than those before implementation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the implementation,the scores of emergency treatment,basic management,service quality,personality assessment and operational skills were significantly higher than those before the implementation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total management satisfaction after the implementation was significantly higher than that before the implementation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion By implementing the PDCA method,the quality control effect of the physical examination center can be improved,and this management method is more scientific and feasible.At the same time,it plays an important role in promoting the improvement of quality control effect.
