赤拟谷盗气味结合蛋白研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 赤拟谷盗是一种世界性的储粮害虫,在粮食储藏过程中,给人类造成了严重的经济损失.目前防治赤拟谷盗的方法多种多样,包括使用化学保护剂、通过气调熏蒸、控制温湿度、机械防治及行为调控等,其中行为调控是防治赤拟谷盗的一种重要手段.行为调控防治手段主要依赖调控赤拟谷盗嗅觉系统对其觅食、防御、交配、繁殖、信息交流等行为产生影响,以此形成驱避与触杀作用,而气味结合蛋白在嗅觉系统中起着关键的作用.研究表明昆虫的气味结合蛋白具有稳定的三维结构,有利于与气味分子进行结合,并且在昆虫体内表达有差异,而目前主流的研究方法多种多样.本文通过对赤拟谷盗气味结合蛋白的结构、种类、表达分布及主流研究方法进行综述,为进一步研究昆虫气味结合蛋白及防治赤拟谷盗等害虫提供理论参考. Tribolium castaneum Herbst is a worldwide grain storage pest,which has caused serious economic losses to human beings in the process of grain storage.At present,there are various methods to prevent and control Tribolium castaneum Herbst,including the use of chemical protective agents,fumigation through controlled atmosphere,temperature and humidity control,mechanical control and behavior regulation,among which behavior regulation is an important means to prevent and control Tribolium castaneum Herbst.Behavior regulation methods mainly rely on the olfactory system of Tribolium castaneum Herbst to affect its foraging,defense,mating,reproduction,information exchange and other behaviors,so as to form repellent and contact killing effects,and odorant-binding proteins play a key role in the olfactory system.Studies have shown that insect odorant-binding proteins have a stable three-dimensional structure,which is conducive to binding with odorant molecules,and their expression in insects is different,and the current mainstream research methods are diverse.In this paper,the structure,species,expression distribution and mainstream research methods of the odorant-binding protein of the red cornworm were reviewed,and the theoretical reference for further research on the odorant-binding protein of insects and the control of the red cornworm and other pests was provided.
