摘要
青少年儿童的基本运动技能(fundamental movement skills,FMS)一直是国际体育教育研究的热点话题。儿童中期即小学阶段(6-12岁)儿童运动技能的发展有着重要的意义。“运动高峰理论”认为12岁以前是儿童青少年FMS水平发展的关键时期。通过对关于6-12岁少年儿童运动技能评估论文的分析,本文以系统概括的方式总结说明新时期建立中国6-12岁少年儿童运动技能测评系统的重要性,提出建立中国少年儿童运动技能测评系统的启示:(1)借鉴国外先进评估方式,开发以中国少年儿童为数据常模、适合于的中国小学阶段孩子的FMS评估工具。(2)建立健全小学阶段儿童的运动技能评价标准。(3)积极推进FMS等测评工具在中国儿童与少年群体中的信效度测评及其在学校体育课程中的运用。
The evaluation of fundamental movement skills(FMS)has always been a hot topic in international physical education research.The development of children’s movement skills in the middle stage of children,that is,the primary school stage(6-12 years old),is of great significance.On the basis of the summary of the articles on the evaluation of motor skills of 6-12-year-old children,this paper summarizes the significance of constructing the evaluation system of motor skills of 6-12-year-old children in the new era,and puts forward the suggestions of constructing the evaluation system of motor skills of children in China:1)we should draw experience from the international advanced evaluation methods,research and develop FMS assessment tool for primary school children in China by taking Chinese children as the data norm.2)we should establish and improve the evaluation criteria of motor skills of children in primary school.3)we should promote the reliability and validity test of FMS evaluation tool in children in China and its application in physical education.
