摘要
随着经济全球化发展步伐的不断加快,科技产业园区的建设与运营成为城市经济发展中的关键环节,促进科技产业园区规划建设与运营的水平和效率的提升已成为当前国家及地方政府关注的重点。基于此,论文主要围绕我国科技产业园区的规划建设与运营进行论述,简要阐述其主要着眼点,并通过分析其当前存在的问题提出具体的优化策略。
With the pace of the development of economic globalization continues to accelerate,the construction and operation of science and technology industrial parks has become a key link in urban economic development.Promoting the planning,construction and operation level and efficiency of science and technology industrial parks has become the focus of national and local governments.Based on this,the paper mainly discusses the planning,construction and operation of China's science and technology industrial parks,briefly expounds its main focus,and puts forward specific optimization strategies by analyzing the current existing problems.
