摘要
论文从建筑企业集团构建新型财务管理模式着手,阐述了建筑企业集团财务共享服务中心的特点以及在实践工作中存在的问题,提出了有效的对策和建议,抛砖引玉,以供借鉴。
Starting from the construction of a new financial management mode by construction enterprise group,this paper expounds the characteristics of the financial shared service center of construction enterprise group and the problems existing in practical work,and puts forward effective countermeasures and suggestions,so as to use the superficial discussion of this paper to draw other people's wise opinions,for reference.
