摘要
目的:探讨抗痨合剂对初治肺结核患者化疗药物服用期肝功能的影响。方法:选择2019年9月—2020年12月门诊及住院收治的初治肺结核患者80例,采用随机平行对照单盲的试验设计方法分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。对照组患者给予常规抗结核治疗方案,观察组患者加用抗痨合剂辅助治疗。比较两组治疗期间肝损伤发生率、肝损伤严重程度、不良反应及临床疗效。结果:两组临床疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组肝损伤发生率及肝损伤严重程度明显低于对照组,不良反应少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组肝损伤发生时间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:抗痨合剂辅助治疗初治肺结核能减少肝损伤发生率,降低肝损伤严重程度,改善临床疗效。
Objective:To investigate the effect of antituber culosis compound on liver function during chemotherapy administration in patients with newly treated pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods:All 80 newly diagnosed pulmonary tuberculosis patients admitted to outpatient and inpatient treatment from September 2019 to December 2020 were selected and divided into two groups by random experiment design method of parallel controlled single-blind,with 40 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given conventional anti-tuberculosis treatment regimen,the patients in the observation group were additionally given the adjuvant therapy of antituber culosis compound.The incidence of liver damage,severity of liver damage,adverse reactions and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups during treatment.Results:The difference in clinical efficacy between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of liver damage and the severity of liver damage in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the adverse reactions in the observation group were less than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the time of occurrence of liver damage between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Initial treatment of tuberculosis can reduce the incidence of liver damage,reduce the severity of liver damage,and improve the clinical effect.
