摘要
甲基苯丙胺(MA)具有强烈的中枢神经兴奋作用和致欣快作用,已成为我国滥用人数最多的“头号毒品”。长期滥用会损伤大脑的结构和功能,从而导致MA依赖者出现不同程度的认知功能障碍。MA依赖者认知功能障碍的出现不仅会严重影响患者的日常生活,还会增加其对MA的渴求,导致戒断治疗的失败。故针对MA依赖所致的认知障碍,探索制订切实有效且系统化、标准化的治疗方案具有十分重要的意义。本文旨在从MA依赖所致认知障碍的治疗方法及相关研究进展方面进行综述,以期为其康复治疗与干预提供科学依据。
Methamphetamine(MA)has a strong central nervous excitatory and euphoric effect,and has become the“number one drug”abused by the largest number of people in China.Long-term abuse can damage the structure and function of the brain,leading to varying degrees of cognitive dysfunction in People with MA dependence.The cognitive dysfunction of MA dependent patients not only severely infulence their daily life,but also increases their desire for MA and leads to the failure of withdrawal treatment.Therefore,it is of great significance to explore and develop effective,systematic and standardized treatment plans for cognitive impairment caused by MA dependence.This paper aims to review the treatment methods and related research progress of cognitive impairment caused by MA dependence,in order to provide scientific basis for rehabilitation treatment and intervention.
