摘要
利用经济增长贡献分解模型,基于2007—2019年的县域统计年鉴数据测度农村三产融合发展的总体经济增长效应,在此基础上,进一步运用脱钩指数模型分析农村三产融合主要动力和产业的发展水平与其经济增长效应之间的关联性。结果表明:农村第一产业贡献一直处于低位水平,第二产业贡献呈波动中趋于平缓趋势,第三产业贡献呈波动上升趋势,而农村三产融合发展对经济增长的贡献还处于较低水平,波动幅度较大;农产品加工业、信息化、休闲农业与乡村旅游业等三产融合的主要动力和产业带来的经济增长效应不明显,农村三产融合尚未形成有效的经济增长新动能。
Adopting the contribution decomposition model of economic growth,this paper measured the overall economic growth effect of the integrated development of rural primary,secondary and tertiary industry based on the data of county statistical yearbook from 2007 to 2019.On this basis,the decoupling index model is further used to analyze the correlation among the main driving forces,the development level and economic growth effects of the integration of the three industries in rural areas,The results show that the contribution of the rural primary industry has always been at a low level,that of the secondary industry has tended to be flat in the fluctuation,and that of the tertiary industry has shown a fluctuating upward trend,while the contribution of rural three-industry integration to economic growth is still at a low level and fluctuates greatly.And the main driving forces of the three-industry integration such as agricultural product processing industry,informatization,leisure agriculture and rural tourism and the economic growth effects brought by these industries are inapparent,and the rural three-industry integration has not yet formed an effective new driving force of economic growth.
