摘要
以某型高速集装箱平车底架为研究对象,在HyperMesh中建立其有限元模型,参照相关标准确定底架在典型工况下的载荷及约束条件,对其进行静力分析。在OptiStruct模块下,依次采用尺寸优化和拓扑优化方法进行多工况优化分析,在保证底架结构性能的前提下,实现了结构轻量化。
With a high-speed container flat car underframe as the research object,its finite element model is established in HyperMesh,and by relevant standards,the load and constraint conditions of the underframe under typical working conditions is determined,on which static analysis is conducted.In OptiStruct module,the size optimization and topology optimization methods are successively used for multi-condition optimization analysis.Under the premise of ensuring the structural performance of the underframe,the goal of structural lightweight is achieved.
