摘要
为了有利于街区改造,提高空间环境质量和街区形态意识,本文选取海口市骑楼历史街区的中山路街道为研究对象,对其进行了实地调研和问卷调查,同时运用SD法和因子降维分析法,从感性评价到量化分析,从氛围因子、视觉因子、体验因子入手,剖析了游客与居民日常的生活需求,并以使用者为出发点,重塑了历史街区文脉与空间体验感、构成要素和空间组织之间的关系,提出了以空间改造为基础,以业态营造为介入手段,以人的需求和体验为侧重点的更新模式,探讨了更为人性化及需求多样化的城市空间更新策略.
In order to carry out targeted district transformation and improve the spatial environmental quality and district morphology,in the report,Zhongshan Road Street in the Qilou Historic District of Haikou City was selected as the research object,and the field investigation and questionnaire survey were performed,SD method and factor reduction analysis method were used,from perceptual evaluation to quantitative analysis,starting from the atmosphere factor,visual factor,and experience factor,to analyze the use of tourists and the daily needs of residents.The users were taken as the starting point,the relationship between the context of historical districts and the sense of spatial experience,constituent elements,and spatial organization were reshaped.The renewal model focus on human needs and experience,based on the spatial transformation,in which the format creation was used as an intervention method,was proposed.The more humane and diversified urban space renewal strategies were explored.
