摘要
虽然肠道微生物群已被确立为与肿瘤发展和治疗疗效相关的重要生物标志物和调节剂,但微生物群对不同器官肿瘤的影响鲜为人知。新的证据表明,局部微生物群是肿瘤微环境的重要组成部分,特别是在黏膜病变引起的肿瘤中,例如食管、肺、胃肠道等。研究发现,肿瘤内细菌群体具有肿瘤类型特异性,肿瘤相关微生物群可以直接调节肿瘤的发生、发展及其对化学或免疫疗法的反应。本文旨在对肿瘤组织中微生物群及其在肿瘤发展和治疗中的功能和作用机制研究的重要文献进行综述。
Although intestinal microbiota has been established as an important biomarker and regulator related to tumor genesis,development and therapeutic efficacy,its effect on tumors in different organs is little known.New evidence suggests that local microbiota is an important component of the tumor microenvironment,especially in cancers caused by mucosal sites,such as the esophagus,lung,and gastrointestinal tract.It has been found that the bacterial population with tumor heterotropy has tumor type specificity,and the mechanism studies indicate that the tumor-associated microbiome can directly regulate tumor development and response to chemical or immunotherapy.The purpose of this review is to review the important literature on the microbiome in tumor tissue and its function and mechanism of action in tumor development and treatment.
