摘要
针对挖泥船泥泵拆检困难、维保工作缺乏依据的问题,文章建立泥泵健康状态评估指标体系,运用灰云模型与组合赋权法开展泥泵健康状态评估,并基于所得泥泵健康状态概率空间,结合马尔科夫链与评判准则开展泥泵剩余寿命预测。最后,以某耙吸式挖泥船泥泵为实例,通过对比分析,验证了其准确性和可行性。
Given the difficulty in dismantling and inspecting the mud pump of a dredger and the lack of basis for maintenance work, this paper builds an evaluation index system for mud pump health and uses the grey cloud model and the combination weighting method to evaluate mud pump health.With the obtained probability space of mud pump health as a basis, the residual life of the mud pump is predicted according to the Markov chain and the evaluation criteria. Finally, the mud pump of a trailing suction hopper dredger is discussed as an example to verify the accuracy and feasibility of the proposed method through comparative analysis.
