下肢关节康复器锻炼对行全膝关节置换术患者术后疼痛及康复功能的影响 被引量:6

Effect of Lower Limb Joint Rehabilitation Device Exercise on Postoperative Pain and Rehabilitation Function of Pa-tients Undergoing Total Knee Arthroplasty

摘要 目的:探讨下肢关节康复器锻炼对全膝关节置换术患者术后康复的影响。方法:选取2018年8月—2020年9月收治于九江市中医医院的84例全膝关节置换术患者作为研究对象,按随机数表法分为两组,每组各42例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上使用下肢关节康复器。对比两组患者术后疼痛、膝关节功能、康复效果及并发症发生的情况。结果:术后第14d观察组视觉模拟评分(VAS)为(2.58±0.34)分,低于对照组的(3.65±0.81)分,差异有统计学意义(t=7.894,P<0.05)。膝关节HSS量表评分为(75.02±6.45)分,高于对照组的(65.83±7.17)分,差异有统计学意义(t=6.176,P<0.05)。观察组康复总有效率为95.24%,高于对照组的78.57%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.126,P<0.05)。并发症发生率为2.38%,低于对照组的19.05%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.480,P<0.05)。结论:下肢关节康复器锻炼能够减轻全膝关节置换术患者术后疼痛,改善膝关节功能,减少并发症的发生,从而增强患者术后康复效果。 Objective:To explore the effect of lower extremity joint rehabilitation device exercise on postoperative rehabilitation of patients undergoing total knee arthroplasty.Methods:A total of 84 patients undergoing total knee arthroplasty who were admitted to the hospital from August 2018 to September 2020 were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups according to the random number table method, with 42 cases in each group. The control group was given routine care, and the observation group was given a lower limb joint rehabilitation device on the basis of routine care. The postoperative pain, knee joint function, rehabilitation effect and complications of the two groups were compared.Results:On the 14th day after operation, the visual analogue score (VAS) of the observation group was (2.58±0.34) points, which was lower than the (3.65±0.81) points of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (t=7.894, P<0.05). The knee HSS scale score of the observation group was (75.02±6.45)points, which was higher than the (65.83±7.17) points of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (t=6.176P<0.05). The total effective rate of rehabilitation in the observation group was 95.24%, which was higher than 78.57% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (χ^(2)=5.126, P<0.05). The complication rate in the observation group was2.38%, which was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (χ^(2)=4.480, P<0.05).Conclusion:The exercise of the lower extremity joint rehabilitation device can reduce the postoperative pain of patients undergoing total knee arthroplasty, improve knee joint function, reduce complications, and enhance the postoperative rehabilitation effect of patients.
