摘要
目的分析海昆肾喜胶囊联合血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂(ACEI)对慢性肾小球肾炎(GGN)的疗效。方法选取2020年1月至2021年6月本院收治的100例GGN患者进行研究,依据随机数字表法分成对照组(予以ACEI)和观察组(于对照组基础上采取海昆肾喜胶囊)各50例,比较两组治疗有效率;治疗前后血肌酐(Scr)、尿素氮(BUN)、24 h尿蛋白水平等肾功能指标水平;治疗前后内皮素-1(ET-1)、一氧化氮(NO)等内皮功能指标水平;治疗前后外周血CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+及CD3+等免疫功能指标水平;不良反应发生率;结果观察组治疗有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组Scr、BUN、24 h尿蛋白水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组NO水平高出对照组,ET-1水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组CD4+、CD3+、CD4+/CD8+水平高于对照组,CD8+水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组头晕、头痛、胃脘不适以及嗜睡等不良反应发生率相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论海昆肾喜胶囊联合ACEI对GGN患者疗效确切,能改善其肾功能及内皮细胞功能,提升机体免疫功能,且安全性较高,值得采用。
Objective To analyze the effect of Haikun Shenxi capsule combined with angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor(ACEI)on chronic glomerulonephritis(GGN).Methods A total of 100 GGN patients admitted from January 2020 to June2020 were selected for the study.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group(were given ACEI)and observation group(were given Haikun Shenxi capsule on the basis of the control group),50 cases in each.The total effective rate was compared between the two groups.The levels of renal function indexes such as serum creatinine(Scr),urea nitrogen(BUN),24 h urinary protein,endothelin-1(ET-1),nitric oxide(NO)and other endothelial function indicators,Levels of CD4^(+),CD8^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)and CD3^(+)in peripheral blood and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared.Results The total effective rate of observation group was higher than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of Scr,BUN and 24 h urine protein in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),the level of NO in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the et-1 level was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of CD4^(+),CD3^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in the observation group were higher than that in the control group.CD8^(+)level was lower than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions such as dizziness,headache,epigastric discomfort and lethargy between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Haikun Shenxi Capsule combined with ACEI has a definite effect on GGN patients,which can improve renal function and endothelial cell function,and enhance immune function.It is safe and worthy of use.
