系统故障影响因素的主客观综合权重确定方法研究 被引量:2

摘要 为了解决系统故障分析过程中影响系统故障因素的权重及相互关系,提出了系统故障影响因素的主客观综合权重确定方法。论述了主客观分析的特点和关系。客观分析优点是以数据事实或信息为基础反应系统特征,缺点是需要确定所有因素和数据。主观分析优点是具有较强的宏观性;缺点是受限于人现有的能力和感官。分析认为主客观分析应同时存在,只是在系统不同层级和侧面分析中主导地位不同。以层次分析(AHP)方法确定主观权重,空间故障树(SFT)方法确定客观权重,博弈方法确定综合权重。具体实例分析说明,主客观综合权重的因素排序与客观权重的因素排序相同,客观分析和权重起主导作用,也说明系统在该层级的故障特征基础数据充分。 To understand the weight and interrelation of influencing factors of system faults in the system fault analysis process, a subjective and objective comprehensive weight determination method for influencing factors of system faults is proposed in this paper. Firstly, the characteristics and relations of subjective and objective analyses are discussed. The advantage of objective analysis is reflecting system characteristics based on actual data or information;its disadvantage is the need to determine all factors and data. The advantage of subjective analysis is that it has a strong macroscopic property;its disadvantage is that it is limited by people’s existing ability and sense. It is believed that subjective and objective analyses should exist at the same time, but dominate in analysis on systems at different levels and from different perspectives. This paper puts forward the method to determine the subjective and objective comprehensive weights of factors. Weight of subjective analysis is determined through analytic hierarchy process(AHP);the objective analysis through the space fault tree(SFT), and the comprehensive weights through the game method. The analysis of specific examples shows that the factor sort of subjective and objective comprehensive weight is the same as that of objective weight, and that objective analysis and weight play a leading role, which also shows that the basic data of fault characteristics of the system at this level is sufficient.
