粉煤灰及含气量对混凝土抗冻性能影响的试验研究 被引量:7

摘要 采用快速冻融循环试验方法,研究了不同的水胶比、粉煤灰掺量及含气量对混凝土抗冻性能影响。结果表明:混凝土的抗冻性能随着水胶比的变大、粉煤灰掺量的增加而降低,随着含气量的增加而显著改善,但是含气量的增加会对混凝土抗压强度造成不利影响,其中含气量为6.1%的混凝土可比含气量为1.8%的混凝土的28 d抗压强度降低12 MPa,但抗冻等级却可提升至F400。粉煤灰虽是制备高性能混凝土的优良矿物掺合料,但在配制抗冻混凝土时应适当控制其掺量,并应采取适当降低水胶比、添加引气剂等措施改善混凝土抗冻性能。 The rapid freeze-thaw cycle test method was adopted to study the effects of water binder ratio,fly ash content and air content on the frost resistance of concrete.The results show that:the frost resistance of concrete decreases with the increase of water binder ratio and fly ash content,and significantly improves with the increase of air content.However,the increase of air content will have an adverse impact on the compressive strength of concrete.The 28 d compressive strength of concrete with air content of 6.1% can be reduced by 12 MPa compared with that of concrete with air content of 1.8%,but the frost resistance grade can be improved to F400.Although fly ash is an excellent mineral admixture for preparing high-performance concrete,its dosage should be properly controlled when preparing frost resistant concrete,and measures such as appropriately reducing water binder ratio and adding air entraining agent should be taken to improve the frost resistance of concrete.
