摘要
目的基于应变速率敏感系数、温度敏感系数,研究Ti-6Cr-5Mo-5V-4Al(Ti-6554)合金的热加工性能。方法通过Gleeble-3500热模拟实验机,在温度为953~1043 K、应变速率为0.001~10 s^(−1)时,对Ti-6Cr-5Mo-5V-4Al合金进行高温压缩实验。建立不同应变下的应变速率敏感系数图、温度敏感系数图,分析不同变形条件下的微观组织。结果随着应变速率的增加,应变速率敏感系数逐渐下降,而低温度敏感系数区域主要集中在低应变速率区域。基于微观组织表征,发现变形过程中存在明显的动态相变和动态再结晶过程。结论确定Ti-6554合金的合理加工条件为953~964 K、0.001 s^(−1)和1037~1043 K、0.001 s^(−1)。
The work aims to study the hot workability of Ti-6Cr-5Mo-5V-4Al(Ti-6554)alloy based on strain rate sensitivity coefficient and temperature sensitivity coefficient.The high temperature compression experiments of Ti-6Cr-5Mo-5V-4Al alloy were carried out with Gleeble-3500 thermal simulation machine at the temperature of 953~1043 K and the strain rate of 0.001~10 s^(−1).The strain rate sensitivity coefficient map and temperature sensitivity coefficient map under different strains were established,and the microstructure under different deformation conditions was analyzed.The strain rate sensitivity coefficient decreased gradually with the increase of strain rate,while the low temperature sensitivity coefficient was mainly concentrated in the low strain rate region.Based on the microstructure characterization,obvious dynamic transformation and dynamic recrystal-lization processes were found during the deformation process.The optimum processing conditions of Ti-6554 alloy are deter-mined to be the deformation temperature of 953~964 K and 1037~1043 K and the strain rate of 0.001 s^(−1).
