软弱围岩隧道稳定性极限位移研究

Study on limit displacement of tunnel stability in soft surrounding rock

摘要 数值模拟是研究隧道稳定性的重要手段之一,以东科岭全风化花岗岩双线铁路隧道为工程背景,利用大型有限元软件ANSYS建立开挖断面逐步扩大的隧道模型,采用应力释放法对不同监测断面节点进行应力释放,研究隧道掌子面失稳过程中的挤出变形与应力释放率的关系,得出隧道掌子面失稳判据,并结合塑性区的发展规律,给出相应的掌子面挤出位移极限值.为验证数值模拟结果,进行了模型试验研究,研制了符合相似条件的地层相似材料,分析了掌子面失稳过程中挤出变形与地应力释放率的关系,并对掌子面破坏体的形态及范围进行描述.结果表明,采用挤出位移与应力释放率的关系曲线可以判断掌子面的稳定状态,相应的挤出位移极限值对指导工程施工具有重要意义. Numerical simulation is one of the important means to study the stability of tunnel.Taking Dongkeling He completely weathered granite double track railway tunnel as the engineering background,the tunnel model with gradually expanded excavation section was established by using the large-scale finite element software ANSYS,and the stress release method was used to release the stress of nodes of different monitoring sections.The relationship between extrusion deformation and stress release rate in the instability process of tunnel face is studied,and the instability criterion of tunnel face was obtained.Combined with the development law of plastic zone,the corresponding extrusion displacement limit value of tunnel face was given.In order to verify the numerical simulation results,model test research was carried out,materials meeting similar conditions were developed,the relationship between extrusion deformation and in-situ stress release rate in the process of tunnel face instability was analyzed,and the shape and range of tunnel face failure body were described.The results show that the relationship curve between extrusion displacement and stress release rate can be used to judge the stable state of tunnel face and the corresponding extrusion displacement limit value is of great significance to guide engineering construction.
