摘要
变压器的漏感和分布电容等分布参数在高频状态下会对电路产生很大的影响,不可忽略。当增加绕组高度或减小绝缘层厚度使漏感减小时,分布电容就会增大;反之亦然。引入绕组损耗,在绕组损耗较小值附近确定绕组高度和绝缘层厚度的范围值,以此来确定绕组高度和绝缘层厚度范围值的选取。通过Maxwell建立高频变压器3D模型,采用有限元方法进行仿真实验,仿真实验得到的数据在Matlab中生成三维拟合曲面图,通过绕组损耗的残差图说明拟合的数据较好地符合原始数据。仔细比对漏感、分布电容和绕组损耗关于绕组高度和绝缘层厚度的图形,最后通过对三维表征图的仔细对比,得到在绝缘层厚度范围为1.0~1.18 mm,绕组高度范围为26.8~33.8 mm时,绕组损耗值可以降到很小的范围,为以后高频变压器的设计提供了参考。
Distribution parameters such as leakage inductance and distributed capacitance of the transformer will have a great influence on the circuit at high frequency,which cannot be ignored.When the leakage inductance is decreased by increasing the winding height or decreasing the thickness of the insulating layer,the distributed capacitance will increase,and vice versa.By introducing winding loss,the range values of winding height and insulating layer thickness are determined near the smaller value of winding loss,so as to determine the range value of winding height and insulating layer thickness.A 3D model of highfrequency transformer is established with Maxwell,and the finite element method is used to perform simulation experiments.The data obtained in the simulation experiments are used to generate the three-dimensional fitting surface graph in Matlab.The residual plot of the winding loss shows that the fitted data can conform to the original data well.The leakage inductance,distributed capacitance and winding loss with respect to the winding height and insulating layer thickness are contrasted thoroughly.After thorough comparison of the three-dimensional representation diagrams,it can be seen that when the range of the insulating layer thickness is within 1.0~1.18 mm,and the range of winding height is within 26.8~33.8 mm,the winding loss value can be reduced to a very small range,which can provide a reference for the design of high-frequency transformer in the future.
