摘要
研究生党建育人成效制约研究生教育质量,提升研究生党建质量、强化研究生党建育人功能极其重要。目前面临着研究生党员培养存在结构性矛盾、研究生党支部组织设置相对离散、研究生党支部组织生活流于形式等瓶颈性难题,需要切实提升研究生党员主观能动性、持续完善研究生党支部组织设置、不断创新研究生党支部组织活动形式。
Effective party building among postgraduates can promote the quality of graduate education and it is extremely important to keep strengthening its educational function.At present,Party building among postgraduates is challenged by structural contradictions in the recruitment of Party members,relatively discrete framework of postgraduate Party branches and the formality of the organizational life.To solve the problems,efforts must be made to enhance the subjective initiative of postgraduate Party members,improve the Party branch framework and come up with innovative forms of organizational activities.
