摘要
目的评估某三级公立医院大型医用设备的使用管理情况,结合医院实际运营,为医院大型医用设备的管理及医技检查科室的质量控制提供参考。方法收集2017—2019年医院大型医用设备数据资料,运用研究前期构建的大型医用设备使用管理评价指标体系,测算设备综合得分,评价设备运行状况。结果2017—2019年CT、MR设备在“管理实施”维度的得分均较高,“临床使用”维度得分较平均。结论对医疗机构大型医用设备的评价需要适当考虑设备的特殊使用,从侧重设备的经济效益转向社会和科教效益兼顾,同时建议根据机构的实际情况和功能定位等对指标体系进行灵活调整。
Objective To evaluate the use management of large medical equipments in a tertiary public hospital,and provide references for the equipment management and the quality control of medical technical departments in combination with the actual operation of the hospital.Methods The data of large medical equipment during 2017—2019 were collected,and the comprehensive score was obtained by using the evaluation indicator system of large medical equipment built in the early stage of the study.Results From 2017 to 2019,the scores of CT and MR equipment in the“management implementation”dimension were high,and the scores in the“clinical use”dimension were relatively average.Conclusion The evaluation of large medical equipment in medical institutions need to consider the special use of the equipment,shift from focusing on the economic benefits of the equipment to giving consideration to the social and scientific and educational benefits.Bes;odes the indicator system could be flexibly adjusted according to the actual situation and functional positioning of the institutions.
