摘要
学校内部质量监控评价体系建设是学校提高教学质量的关键举措,本文针对目前评价体系在设计思路和评价手段方面存在的问题,利用国际上流行的PDCA循环管理模式解决设计缺陷和闭环反馈问题,对构建基于PDCA模式的内部质量监控评价体系进行研究与实践,对建立常态化的内部质量保证体系和可持续的诊断与改进工作机制起到积极促进作用。
The construction of the school’s internal quality monitoring and evaluation system is the key measure for the school to improve the teaching quality.Aiming at the problems existing in the design ideas and evaluation means of the current evaluation system,this paper uses the internationally popular PDCA circular management mode to solve the design defects and closed-loop feedback problems,studies and practices the construction of the internal quality monitoring and evaluation system based on PDCA mode.It plays a positive role in promoting the establish-ment of a normalized internal quality assurance system and a sustainable diagnosis and improvement mechanism.
