摘要
当下中医药人才培养中存在经典传承不足、人文底蕴缺失、中医思维弱化等问题。中医药教育要深刻理解、深入挖掘中医药学的文化内涵与核心价值,通过中华优秀传统文化对人才培养的全面融入与有效传承,拓展中医药的育人功能。其措施包括增强中医药高等院校育人主体地位;与西医药学汇聚创新,使中医药学在培养领域内专业人才的同时也有益于西医药学人才核心素养的养成;全年龄段推广中医药传统文化,使中医药学育人功能辐射到整个国民教育体系。
In order to tackle the challenges in the education and training of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)such as insufficient history inheritance and learning traditional medicine based on a special culture and humanity overview,this paper proposes some strategies to deeply understand cultural connotation and core value of TCM,so as to comprehensively integrate Chinese traditional culture into the cultivation of TCM talents and to penetrate inheritance of Chinese traditional culture into education and training of TCM.The strategies include:strengthening the dominant position of education in colleges and universities of TCM;gathering and innovating with western medicine to cultivate professionals in the field of TCM,which is also beneficial to the cultivation of the core quality of western medicine talents;promoting the traditional culture of TCM at all ages and make the educational function of TCM radiate to the whole national education system.
