摘要
自南水北调中线一期工程通水以来,丹江口水利枢纽调度任务及调度方式发生转变,丹江口-王甫洲区间水温降低、水流量及流速减小,导致伊乐藻等沉水植物大量繁殖,严重影响王甫洲枢纽的行洪与发电安全。为抑制水草过度生长,2020~2021年丹江口水库连续2 a开展生态调度试验。综述了丹江口-王甫洲区间水草灾害现象、危害、原因,介绍了2020~2021年生态调度试验实施情况,评价了实施效果。结果表明:丹江口-王甫洲区间生态调度试验改善了汉江中下游的水生态环境,有效抑制了王甫洲库区水草过度生长,加快了汛前库水位消落,为水库安全度汛奠定了基础,同时提高了水资源利用效率,增加了发电效益。最后就进一步做好生态调度防控水草过度生长危害提出了建议。
Since the working of the first phase of the middle route of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project,the operation task and mode of Danjiangkou Reservoir have been changed.The water temperature,water flow and velocity of Danjiangkou-Wangfuzhou section have decreased,resulting in the rapid growth of submerged plants such as Elodea,which has seriously affected the safety of flood discharge and power generation of Wangfuzhou Reservoir.In order to control the excessive growth of proposed aquatic plants,from 2020 to 2021,Danjiangkou reservoir carried out ecological operation tests.This paper summarized the phenomena,hazards and causes of water and grass disasters in Danjiangkou-Wangfuzhou section,introduced the ecological operation test from 2020 to 2021,and evaluated the implementation effect.The results showed that the ecological operation tests in Danjiangkou-Wangfuzhou section have improved the water ecological environment in the middle and lower reaches of Hanjiang River,effectively inhibited the development of aquatic plants in Wangfuzhou Reservoir area,accelerated the reduction of reservoir water level before flood season,thus laying a solid foundation for the safe operation of the reservoir in flood season,making full use of water resources and increasing the benefit of power generation.Suggestions on further ecological regulation and prevention and control of aquatic plant hazards are put forward.
