摘要
目的探讨应用型人才的培养模式。方法以浙江省特色原料药及制剂质量提升协同创新中心(简称协同中心)为例,探讨其资源整合、提升协同效应的做法,并提出应用型人才的培养模式。结果通过发挥行业特色型院校的优势,以凝练创新方向、构建科研协作体系、实现核心资源协同、建立有效运行机制等方式提升协同中心的协同效应,以及培育“双师型”导师团队、建设混合型师资团队、培育应用型专业、创新培养应用型技术人才的方式,协同开展行业人才素质提升与再教育、加强人才交流与合作等培养高素质的应用型人才。结论协同中心能将教育链、产业链和监管链有机融合,实现政、校、行企协同育人。
Objective To investigate the cultivation mode of applied talents.Methods Taking the Collaborative Innovation Center for Quality Improvement of Specialty APIs and Formulations in Zhejiang Province(hereinafter referred to as the Collaborative Center)as an example,the methods of resource integration and enhancing synergy were discussed,and the cultivation mode of applied talents was put forward.Results Through giving full play to the advantages of colleges and universities with industry characteristics,the synergy of the Collaborative Center was improved by refining the innovation direction,building a scientific research cooperation system,realizing the synergy of core resources and establishing an effective operation mechanism.In addition,the Collaborative Center cooperated to carry out the quality improvement and reeducation of industry talents and strengthened the exchange and cooperation of talents to cultivate high-quality applied talents by cultivating a"double qualified"tutor team,building a mixed teacher team,cultivating applied majors and innovatively cultivating applied technical talents.Conclusion The Collaborative Center can organically integrate the education chain,industrial chain and supervision chain,and realize the collaborative education of government,school,industry and enterprise.
